Can you diagnose a car or van at my location?
For suitable jobs, yes. We are Derby based and can provide mobile diagnostics locally. Send the registration, location and a short description of the fault first.
Is diagnostics only a fault-code scan?
No. Fault codes are a starting point. Where useful, the job can also include live-data checks, ECU identification and initial investigation of the reported problem.
Can diagnostics be done before a remap?
Yes. If a vehicle has warning lights, running issues or unclear history, diagnostics can help establish whether software work is appropriate before anything is programmed.
